PRE-ORDERS

  1. Can I cancel my order?

    • After 24 hours, cake orders cannot be cancelled. ​

  2. Can I place a same-day order?

    • Please call us at (626) 776-0150 to check with our team.​ A 3 day notice is preferred.

  3. Can I pay for my whole cake when I pick it up?

    • Whole cake orders must be paid in advance. You may also come in person or pay over the phone. ​​

  4. How do I pick up my cake?

    • Upon placing your whole cake order, you will be sent a confirmation code via Email or Text Message (if order was placed on the phone). When you or a designated member pick up the cake, please show the confirmation. ​

RETURN POLICY

  1. Can I return, exchange, or get a refund on my cake or pastry?

    • Once the cake or pastry has been picked up , it is considered accepted.

    • Due to the nature of our business, Patisserie too does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any food items.

  1. What are your best sellers?

    • Our best selling cakes are: 

      • Coconut Mango

      • Pistachio Mousse with Strawberry

      • Mixed Berry Napoleon

      • Hazelnut Napoleon

      • Mango Napoleon (seasonal)​

      • Cherry Napoleon (seasonal)

  2. Do you accommodate to allergies?

    • Please be advised that our kitchen handles various allergens, and while we take utmost care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are entirely free from traces of allergens.​

Payment Methods

  1. What payment methods do you accept in store?

    • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payment forms. ​

    • If using cash, please provide exact change, as we currently do not have the capability to provide change. Alternatively, you may choose to round up your payment if you are comfortable foregoing change.
